Fresh and stimulating of the nose with aromas of citrus fruits, meadow flowers underlaid by black currant and some minerality. The palate has lively acidity, with lime juice, orange blossom and some herbal spice coming through. Overall this is grippy, finely chiselled wine, with a delicate minerality shining through on the long finish. Wonderful with seafood.
